BRIEF INFORMATION
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit their formatted full papers reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. Papers should include results, tables, figures and references. All paper submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed. Neither the author nor the reviewer should know each other's identity. This process is utilized in order to maintain the integrity of the review process.
Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated by two (2) reviewers based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference theme and readability. The paper submitted to the conference should not concurrently be submitted to other conferences or journals. Duplicate submissions will be rejected immediately without review.
The conference accepts full manuscripts within 4-10 pages only. Authors should submit their papers online. The conference uses EasyChair system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EasyChair to log on. More information about EasyChair can be found here.
Participants may register as presenter in NON-STUDENT or STUDENT category. You may also register as LISTENER.
For STUDENT category, the Student must be the first author of the paper.
PUBLICATION OPTION
We provide authors the flexibility in choosing to publish paper either in JFAS or as conference proceedings with E-ISBN number. Being researchers/academicians in this competitive era, take this opportunity to strategize your publication output.

To ensure smooth and swift publication of your paper in the journal, please follow the format given by the journal. All papers must strictly adhere to the format. Download the template here. Once downloaded, save the file with another name, for example: JFAS_AuthorName.doc.

PARALLEL SESSIONS
Parallel Sessions will be conducted in the main hall and smaller seminar rooms at the hotel.
At least one author from each paper submitted to the conference must attend the conference. Each presenter will be given 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A) per paper. A laptop will be provided in each room.
For authors who are not able to attend the conference, we do understand your situation. Therefore, we also provide an option to present your paper virtually. Prepare a MSPowerPoint (which includes voice over/narration for each slide) and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Your MSPowerPoint show will be played during the designated session. Instructions on how to prepare the MSPowerPoint can be found here.
The registration fee imposed for Virtual Presentation is similar to normal presentation.
