International students who study in Malaysia need to attach their student ID and transaction receipts to be legible for the fee of RM850.

* Fees and payment include 6% GST

The registration fee will cover:

Presenter

• Registration, name tag and lanyard
• Participation in the technical program
• Conference package (document bag and stationaries, etc)
• Lunch
• Gala dinner ticket
• Certificate of participations
• 10-15 minutes presentation
• Full length paper being published in book by IIUM Press

Listener

• Registration, name tag and lanyard
• Participation in the technical program
• Conference package (document bag and stationaries, etc)
• Lunch
• Gala dinner ticket
• Certificate of participants

** NOTE: It will not provide for recreation, taxi or any other personal expenses.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for cancellation of participation. Participants who are unable to attend ISSCITU 2018 after having paid the registration fees can substitute an alternate participant on or before 1^st February 2018.

 

Instructions for Registration/Submission of Fullpaper

1. Participants with accepted Abstract have to submit a full paper through the Full Paper Submission Form
2. The organizer will acknowledge the payment and the full paper. If any amendments have to be done, then the participants will be given a notice by the organizer.
3. Participants without acceptance letter have to submit a full paper through the Full Paper Submission Form
4. Make the payment and the organizer will issue a letter of acceptance or rejection after the reviewing process.
5. If the full paper is rejected, the organizer will return the money in full.
