All submitted articles should report original, unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
The full version of the paper must be written in English, Arabic, or Malay and the paper’s format must strictly follows these guidelines.
- Length : Maximum of 12 pages
- Font : 12 Times New Roman (English & Malay paper)
- Font : 18 Traditional Arabic (Arabic paper).
- The abstract should not exceed 300 words and should contain the following details:
- Title
- Author`s information
- Affiliation and email address
- Problem statement and objectives
- Research methods
- Significance
- Expected findings
- Keywords (not exceeding five terms)
- A similarity score must be checked using the plagiarism software and must not exceed 30%
- The published paper shall be a copyright of the IIUM Press.
Instructions for Registration/Submission of Abstract & Fullpaper
- Participants with accepted Abstract have to submit a full paper through the Full Paper Submission Form (Link)
- Make a payment and send the proof of transaction to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- The organizer will acknowledge the payment and the full paper. If any amendments have to be done, then the participants will be given a notice by the organizer.
- Participants without acceptance letter have to submit a fuĺl paper through the Full Paper Submission Form (Link)
- Make the payment and the organizer will issue a letter of acceptance or rejection after the reviewing process.
- If the full paper is rejected, the organizer will return the money in full.
- International students who study in Malaysia need to attach their student ID and transaction receipts to be legible for the fee of RM850
